Bubble Rock & Jordan Pond

Wow, what a day.  Not that we didn't get enough hiking yesterday, today we decided to throw in a bunch of elevation changes going up to see bubble rock on bubble mountain.  Funny that we actually got off track and never did find bubble rock, maybe that was because of what bubble mountain looks like (most men do get sidetracked when they see something like this - can you find them in this picture?)

There were truly some great views as well as some very challenging hiking both going up the hills and scaling down the other side (so steep that Michelle and Owen were not very excited about continuing on, but both later were glad we forged forward).

On the north end of Jordan's pond we found an area that had a ton of HUGE tadpoles that Owen and Devin had a lot of fun chasing around.  

and the payoff for all of that hiking and climbing and chasing . . .
